First Approach: – Trainees after getting trained, will be working on the ITGYAAN product/Project; Once Project/Product launched in the market or delivered to the customer ,they will get the share of it.
b. Second Approach: – Here the training process will remain same but students will have flexibility to work on their own dream project or with their own customer, Students will get full Assistance from development to marketing the product from ITGYAAN. Once product is released in the market or to the customers amount will be shared. IT-GYAAN Training Process We don’t believe in just providing the training, but
1. We analyze the students with the help of graphotherapy (science to know people via their handwriting, this help us to understand students strength and weakness) ,
2. Students will be provided with the detail overview of the program and benefit with which his/her going to get from ITGYAAN.
3. Once students enroll themselves, He becomes part of the project in ITGYAAN
4. Students will be assigned with project and provided with following training • Domain Training with projects and case studies • Software development/Testing lifecycle. • Gathering Requirements for the projects • Technique of Estimating the project Developer • Prepare High level design (use case diagram, sequence diagram, state diagram others.) • Prepare Low level design (flow chart, pshoudo coding) • Training on the Basic and Advance languages • One mentor will be assigned, who will assist the students to develop the product. Tester • Preparing the test case design • Preparing the functional,unit,regression test case • Training in Manual Testing and Automated testing • Mentor will be assigned, who will assist the student to test the product.
